Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old and must provide proof of age documents if requested.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — creating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• If you have previously been permanently banned from bee33 for any reason, creating a new account is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your bee33 account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• bee33 may at any time request official documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) for identity verification.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and balances may be forfeited.
• The name on the payment method must match the name registered on the account.

Account Closure & Restrictions

bee33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• Evidence of money laundering or match-fixing.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• A self-requested account closure under the responsible gaming policy.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• bee33 reserves the right to hold any transaction until verification is complete.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from bonus winnings require the relevant wagering conditions to be met.
• Withdrawal requests may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• bee33 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal for reasonable cause.

Welcome Bonus

New accounts at bee33 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• bee33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Special bonus terms for the VIP programme apply separately.

Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting game system errors or bugs for advantage.

• Colluding with others during play.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.
• Using false or misleading personal information.
